ADAM15 단백질은 ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase) 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 I형 막관통 당단백질로, 세포 부착 및 세포 간 신호 전달에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 아연 결합 금속단백분해효소 도메인, 디스인테그린 유사 도메인, EGF 유사 도메인을 포함하며, integrin β3 사슬과 상호작용하고 Src 계열 단백질-티로신 인산화효소와 인산화 의존적으로 결합합니다. 다양한 스플라이싱 변이체가 존재합니다.
