Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3)는 포크헤드/윙드헬릭스 계열 전사 조절 인자로, 포유류에서 고도로 보존되어 있으며 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적입니다.
FOXP3는 CD25⁺ CD4⁺ 조절 T세포에서 높게, CD4⁺/CD25⁻ 세포에서 낮게 발현되며, CD4⁻/CD8⁺ T세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
FOXP3는 조절 T세포의 특이적 마커로 알려져 있으며, 유전자 결함 시 마우스에서 scurfy 표현형을 유발하고, 인간에서는 IPEX 증후군(X-linked autoimmunity-allergic dysregulation)과 관련이 있습니다.
또한 FOXP3 발현은 DNA 손상 반응에서 p53에 의해 조절되며, 유방 및 대장암 세포에서 다양한 전사 변이체가 보고되었습니다.
