For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The FBXO8 gene encodes an F-box protein, a member of the ubiquitin ligase complex SCF (SKP1–Cullin–F-box). F-box proteins are categorized into three classes:

1. Fbws – containing WD-40 domains
2. Fbls – containing leucine-rich repeats
3. Fbxs – containing other interaction modules or no recognizable motifs

FBXO8 belongs to the Fbxs class and includes a C-terminal sequence similar to yeast Sec7p, a regulator of vesicular protein transport. It may interact with ADP-ribosylation factors (ARFs) and exhibit ARF-GEF (guanine nucleotide exchange factor) activity.
