Target Information
Importin 9은 핵 단백질 수송에 관여하는 핵 수송 수용체로, cargo 단백질의 핵 위치 신호(NLS)를 인식하여 핵공복합체(NPC)를 통해 수송을 매개합니다. Ran 의존적 에너지 메커니즘에 의해 수입된 후, Ran-GTP 결합에 따라 복합체가 해리되고 Importin은 세포질로 재수출됩니다. H2B histone, RPS7, RPL18A 등의 핵 내 수송을 매개하며, RPS7 및 RPL18A의 세포질 응집을 방지합니다. 또한 H2A, H3, H4 histone 및 RPL4, RPL6의 수송에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
