Product Description
이 키트는 16S rRNA 유전자의 V7-V9 영역을 타겟으로 하는 PCR 기반 라이브러리 제작을 위한 모든 분자생물학적 시약(프라이머, 효소 혼합물, 인덱스, 버퍼 등)을 포함합니다.
AMPure XP Magnetic Beads(고객 제공)를 이용한 PCR 정제 절차가 포함되어 있으며, 다양한 시료(대변, 토양, 물, 타액, 식물, 소변, 피부 스왑, 비강 스왑, 혈장/혈청 등)에서 정제된 DNA를 입력으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
