Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

신경능선 및 말초신경계 발달에 필수적이며, SOX10 유전자 변이는 Waardenburg-Shah 및 Waardenburg-Hirschsprung 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
