For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information

Transcriptional control is regulated by interactions between DNA-bound transcription factors such as Egr-1/NGFI-A and coregulatory proteins like NAB (NGFI-A-binding proteins). The NAB family, including NAB1 and NAB2, acts as corepressors of Egr-1/NGFI-A.
Both proteins contain an N-terminal NAB conserved domain 1 (NCD1) for NGFI-A binding and a C-terminal NCD2 domain responsible for repressor function.
NAB2 is localized mainly in the nucleus and may regulate NGFI-A activity, cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis. It has a predicted molecular mass of 56 kDa and maps to chromosome 12q13.3–14.1, a region associated with several solid tumors, lipomas, and liposarcomas.
