Target Information
MTMR6는 인지질의 phosphoinositol headgroup에 작용하는 phosphatase로, phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate (PtdIns(3)P) 및 phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate를 탈인산화합니다.
또한 ER-Golgi 단백질 수송을 음성 조절하며, MTMR9와 복합체를 형성해 macropinocytosis의 후기 단계에서 역할을 합니다.
CD4(+) T세포에서 KCNN4/KCa3.1 채널 활성과 세포 증식을 억제하며, DNA 손상 유도 세포사멸을 음성 조절합니다.
MTMR6-MTMR9 복합체 형성은 두 단백질의 안정성을 유지합니다.
