Product Specific Information
Description:
The II/41 monoclonal antibody reacts with the µ heavy chain of mouse IgM and does not cross-react with other mouse immunoglobulin classes (IgD, IgG, IgA). IgM is expressed intracellularly in early B cell development and on the surface of mature B cells in bone marrow and peripheral tissues. Fluorochrome-conjugated II/41 can be used as a detection secondary for mouse IgM.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse bone marrow cells. Recommended usage ≤ 0.25 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number range: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.
