Product Specific Information
FJK-16s 항체는 mouse, rat, dog, porcine, bovine, cat의 FOXP3 단백질(FORKHEAD BOX P3, SCURFIN, JM2)에 반응합니다.
FOXP3는 49–55 kDa 크기의 transcriptional regulator로, CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell(Treg)에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
FJK-16s 항체는 mouse FOXP3의 아미노산 75–125 부위에 결합하며, human에서는 이 영역이 대체 스플라이싱될 수 있습니다.
본 항체는 Foxp3/Transcription Factor Buffer Staining Set (Product #00-5523-00)과 함께 사용 시 최적의 성능을 발휘합니다.
Flow cytometry용 intracellular staining에 적합하며, 1 µg/test 이하로 사용 가능합니다.
Excitation: 633–647 nm, Emission: 660 nm (Red Laser).
제조 후 0.2 µm 필터링 처리 완료.
Target Information
FOXP3 (Forkhead box protein 3)는 면역 항상성 유지에 필수적인 transcription factor입니다.
CD25+CD4+ regulatory T cell에서 안정적이고 높은 수준으로 발현되며, FOXP3 유전자 결함은 scurfy mouse 및 인간 IPEX syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
인간 유방암 및 대장암 세포에서 FOXP3 발현은 DNA 손상에 반응하여 p53에 의해 조절됩니다.
