Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공합니다. CD31은 혈관계 전반에 걸쳐 발현되며, 인접 세포 간 접합부에 주로 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합(homophilic binding)에 관여하여 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 CD31은 인테그린 매개 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포자멸사, 면역수용체 신호 억제, 자가면역, 대식세포 식작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여하는 다기능 분자입니다. 혈관계 조절의 핵심 분자 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
