Target Information
Actin 단백질은 세포 이동성, 구조 및 안정성에 관여하는 고도로 보존된 단백질군에 속합니다. 알파, 베타, 감마 액틴 동형이 존재하며, 알파 액틴은 수축성 장치의 주요 구성 요소로 작용하고, 베타 및 감마 액틴은 세포 이동성 조절에 관여합니다. 본 항체는 골격근에서 발견되는 알파 액틴을 인식합니다. 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 네말린 근병증 3형, 선천성 근병증(얇은 근섬유 과다형), 중심성 근병증, 근섬유형 불균형 근병증 등 근섬유 결함을 유발하는 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
