Target Information
MAP3K3 (MEKK3)는 MAPK8 및 ERK 경로를 조절하며 여러 MAP2K를 인산화합니다.
이 단백질은 SAPK 및 ERK 신호전달 경로를 각각 SEK 및 MEK1/2를 통해 활성화하지만 p38 경로는 조절하지 않습니다.
또한 NF-κB 의존적 전사 활성화를 증가시켜 스트레스 반응 경로에 관여합니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 서로 다른 isoform을 생성할 수 있습니다.
