This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).

Target Information
The PSPH gene encodes a protein belonging to the phosphotransferase subfamily. This enzyme catalyzes the final step in L-serine biosynthesis, performing magnesium-dependent hydrolysis of L-phosphoserine and mediating exchange between L-serine and L-phosphoserine. Deficiency of this protein is associated with Williams syndrome.
