Target Information
EZH2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase) belongs to the Polycomb-group (PcG) family, which forms multimeric protein complexes involved in maintaining transcriptional repression across cell generations.
This protein interacts with embryonic ectoderm development protein, VAV1 oncoprotein, and X-linked nuclear protein.
EZH2 may play a role in hematopoietic and central nervous system development.
Mutations in EZH2 are associated with Weaver syndrome (WVS).
