Target Information
Transforming acidic coiled-coil (TACC) 단백질은 세포 중심체 및 미세소관과 상호작용하는 보존된 단백질군으로, 암과 관련이 있습니다.
TACC2 유전자는 세포 주기 동안 중심체에 집중되며, 종양 형성과 관련된 염색체 영역 내에 위치합니다.
또한 erythropoietin에 의해 발현이 유도되며, 유방암 진행에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
여러 전사 변이체가 존재하며, 각각 다른 isoform을 암호화합니다.
