Invitrogen™ Vivid Colors™ pcDNA™6.2/C-EmGFP-DEST Vector
The Vivid Colors™ Fluorescent Protein Gateway™ Destination Vectors enable rapid and easy fusion of a protein of interest to well-characterized fluorescent proteins derived from Aequorea victoria jellyfish, using the pcDNA™ 6.2 Gateway™ mammalian expression vector.
These powerful Gateway™ Technology vectors contain next-generation Emerald Green Fluorescent Protein (EmGFP) or Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) for simple, non-invasive detection of recombinant proteins. Both fluorescent proteins have been humanized for optimal mammalian expression.
