Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20종 이상의 폴리펩타이드로 구성되어 있습니다. 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위에 있습니다. Cytokeratin 발현 패턴은 상피 세포의 종류, 분화 단계, 성장 환경, 질병 상태에 따라 달라지며, 암 연구와 종양 진단에서 중요한 마커로 활용됩니다.
