Target Information
GAS41 has high sequence homology to human MLLT1 and MLLT3 proteins. Both MLLT1 and MLLT3 belong to a class of transcription factors, suggesting that GAS41 may also function as a transcription factor. It is believed to be required for RNA transcription and has been shown to be amplified in tumors.
