Target Information
STK32A (serine/threonine kinase 32A), also known as YANK1, is a 396 amino acid protein belonging to the serine/threonine protein kinase superfamily and exists as three isoforms. The STK32A gene is located on human chromosome 5, which is associated with several genetic disorders including Cockayne syndrome (ERCC8 gene), familial adenomatous polyposis (APC tumor suppressor gene), and Treacher Collins syndrome (TCOF1 gene).
