Target Information
STK39 (STLK3)는 세포 스트레스 반응 경로에 관여하는 단백질로, 저삼투 스트레스에 반응하여 여러 양이온-염화물 공동수송체를 인산화합니다. 또한 p38 MAP kinase 경로를 활성화하며, 세포 스트레스 시 p38과의 상호작용이 감소합니다. STK39는 세포 스트레스 반응의 중간체로 작용하며, 남성 고혈압의 독립적인 위험 인자로 알려져 있습니다. STK39 유전자 내 SNP는 혈압 조절에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
