Reacts with heavy and light chains of mouse IgG; minimal cross-reactivity with non-immunoglobulin proteins.
Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
Fluorescein Amax = 492 nm; Emax = 520 nm.
Fluorophore/Protein ratio: 9.6 µg/mg; >3 moles FITC per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water (final 1.5 mg/mL).
