• Reacts with heavy and light chains of mouse IgG; minimal cross-reactivity with non-immunoglobulin proteins.
• Store protected from light at 4°C. For extended storage, add equal volume of glycerol (final 50%) and store at -20°C.
• Fluorescein Amax = 492 nm; Emax = 520 nm.
• Fluorophore/Protein ratio: 9.6 µg/mg; >3 moles FITC per mole IgG (lot-dependent).
• Reconstitute with 1.5 mL distilled water (final 1.5 mg/mL).

Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified with high specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They enable detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies and provide signal amplification through multiple binding events. Secondary antibodies are typically produced by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or conjugated for enhanced performance.
