Target Information
IRAK2 (interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase-like 2)는 IL-1 수용체 결합 후 세포 내 신호 전달 경로를 유도하여 전사 조절 및 mRNA 안정화를 촉진합니다. IL-1 수용체 복합체의 하위 단위인 IL-1RI 및 IL-1RAcP와 결합하며, NF-κB 활성화를 매개하여 염증 및 면역 반응을 조절합니다. 또한 TLR 신호 전달에도 관여하며, 다양한 인간 조직에서 발현됩니다.
