Target Information
ETV4 (E1A enhancer binding protein, E1AF, also known as PEA3)
Ets 유전자 패밀리의 구성원으로, DNA 서열 특이적 결합 단백질을 암호화합니다.
이 단백질들은 공통적으로 5'-GGAA-3' 중심 서열을 인식하며, 각 단백질은 주변 염기서열에 따라 특이적 결합을 보입니다.
PEA3는 5'-AGGAAG-3' 서열(PEA-3 motif)에 결합하지만, PU.1이 인식하는 5'-AGGAAC-3'에는 결합하지 않습니다.
Epithelial 및 fibroblastic 세포에서 발현되며, hematopoietic 세포에서는 거의 발현되지 않습니다.
이는 hematopoietic 세포에서 주로 발현되는 Ets-1, Ets-2, Fli-1 등과 대조적입니다.
