For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) is a member of the B7 family.
PD-L1 binds to the programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), which negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling.
Upon receptor binding, PD-L1 decreases TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production.
PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation.
Therefore, PD-L1 plays an important role in tumor immune evasion.
