Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies offer versatility for multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and provide enhanced sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
