Target Information
PDZ 도메인을 포함하는 단백질(예: PSD-95, GRIP)은 글루타메이트 수용체 가소성에 중요한 역할을 합니다. GRIP의 특정 PDZ 도메인에 결합하는 GRIP-associated proteins (GRASPs)은 글루타메이트 수용체 기능 조절에도 관여합니다.
GRASP-1은 신경세포 내에서 GRIP 및 AMPA 수용체와 결합하는 neuronal rasGEF이며, GRASP-1은 신경 ras 신호 조절 및 NMDA 수용체 활성에 의한 AMPA 수용체 분포 조절에 기여할 수 있습니다 (Scannevin and Huganir, 2000; Ye et al., 2000).
