Target Information
CD172a (signal-regulatory protein alpha)는 수지상세포(DCs), 대식세포, 과립구 등 골수계 세포에 발현되는 수용체형 막 당단백질입니다. 이 단백질은 여러 활성화된 티로신 키나아제(EGFR, PDGFR, src, insulin receptor 등)의 기질로 작용하며, 수용체 티로신 키나아제 신호 경로의 음성 조절에 관여합니다.
CD172a는 CD47과 결합하여 세포 내 ITIM 영역의 인산화를 유도하고, SHP-1 및 SHP-2 인산화효소를 활성화시켜 세포 기능을 조절합니다. 이러한 상호작용은 대식세포의 식세포 작용 억제, T 세포 및 DC의 양방향 활성화 등 다양한 면역 조절 과정에 관여합니다.
