Target Information
Diacylglycerol (DAG)는 protein kinase C의 allosteric activator로 작용합니다. 또한, DAG는 guanine nucleotide exchange factors인 VAV 및 RASGRP1을 활성화하여 RAS 및 RHO family 단백질의 조절에 관여합니다. DAG는 인지질 및 triacylglycerol 합성에도 중요한 역할을 합니다. DAG kinase (DGK)는 DAG를 인산화하여 phosphatidic acid로 전환함으로써 DAG 수준을 조절합니다. 여러 종류의 포유류 DGK isozyme이 확인되어 있습니다.
