This product is preservative-free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%–0.1%).
Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
The C/EBP family of transcription factors regulates viral and cellular CCAAT/enhancer element-mediated transcription. These proteins contain a bZIP region with a basic DNA-binding domain and a leucine zipper motif for dimerization. Members include C/EBP alpha, beta, gamma, and delta, which can form homo- and heterodimers.
CCAAT/enhancer binding protein gamma may cooperate with Fos to bind PRE-I enhancer elements.
