- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

MALT1/Paracaspase (MALT1)는 인간 paracaspase 계열의 일원으로, B-cell lymphoma의 상호작용 파트너로 확인되었습니다 (Uren et al., 2000).
MALT1는 N-말단 death domain, 두 개의 Ig-like domain, 그리고 C-말단 caspase-like domain을 포함하는 caspase 유사 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 Bcl10과 결합하여 NF-kappaB 활성화를 유도합니다.
