Target Information

EPHB4는 ephrin 수용체 계열에 속하는 receptor tyrosine kinase입니다. Eph 수용체는 신경계 발달, 혈관형성, 신경 시냅스 형성과 성숙 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
Ephrin은 구조 및 서열 유사성에 따라 ephrin-A (EFNA)와 ephrin-B (EFNB)로 구분되며, 각각 GPI 고리로 막에 결합하거나 막관통 단백질 형태를 가집니다.
EphB4 단백질은 ephrin-B2와 결합하여 혈관 발달에 필수적인 역할을 수행합니다.
