Target Information
이 유전자는 peptidase S1 단백질 패밀리에 속하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 합성 시 비활성 단일 사슬 전구체로 생성되며, 내단백질분해 처리 후 활성형 이종이량체로 전환됩니다. 이 단백질은 serine protease로 작용하여 hepatocyte growth factor를 활성형으로 전환합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변이가 생성됩니다.
