이 항체는 인간 IL-1R type I의 세포외 도메인에 특이적으로 결합하며, 인간 세포에서 발현된 완전한 수용체를 침전시킵니다. 또한 영장류 IL-1RI도 검출합니다. 인간 IL-1, IL-1Ra 또는 IL-1R type II는 인식하지 않습니다. ELISA 및 기타 면역반응 분석에서 IL-1R type I의 세포외 도메인(“soluble” 또는 “decoy” receptor)을 검출하며, 이는 혈액, 소변, 세포 상층액 및 활액 등에서 발견됩니다.

Target Information

IL-1 시스템은 두 가지 agonist(IL-1α, IL-1β), 변환 효소, antagonist, 두 종류의 수용체(IL-1RI, IL-1RII) 및 IL-1 receptor accessory protein으로 구성됩니다. Interleukin-1 신호는 type I receptor를 통해 전달됩니다.
