Target Information
CSNK1D (CK1 delta) is a serine/threonine kinase involved in the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway, which plays a key role in development and cancer. It may also regulate apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated growth. The protein shows high similarity to mouse and rat CK1 delta homologs. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
