Target Information
LSP1 유전자는 세포 내 F-actin 결합 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 단백질은 림프구, 호중구, 대식세포 및 내피세포에서 발현되며, 호중구의 운동성, 피브리노겐 기질 단백질에 대한 부착, 그리고 내피세포 간 이동을 조절할 수 있습니다.
Alternative splicing에 의해 서로 다른 isoform을 암호화하는 다중 전사 변이체가 생성됩니다.
