Target Information
RNase L은 바이러스 감염 시 유도되는 엔도리보뉴클레이스로, 인터페론의 항바이러스 작용의 최종 인자입니다. RNase L 활성화는 바이러스 증식을 억제하고, RNA 분해를 유도하여 세포 스트레스 반응과 아폽토시스를 유발합니다. RNase L의 돌연변이는 전립선암 발생 증가와 관련이 있으며, RNase L 활성화는 세포 사멸을 통해 전립선암 억제에 기여할 수 있습니다.
