Target Information
Ran은 핵-세포질 수송에 관여하는 작은 GTPase 신호 단백질입니다. Ran은 방추체 형성과 유사분열 세포의 핵막 재조립에도 관여합니다. Ras나 Rho와 달리 Ran은 막과 결합하지 않으며, RanGAP 및 RCC1과 같은 보조 단백질의 위치적 분포가 RanGTP와 RanGDP의 농도 구배를 결정합니다. 포유류 RanGAP은 SUMO 단백질이 C말단에 결합하고, SUMO화된 도메인이 nucleoporin Nup358과 결합함으로써 핵공에 부착됩니다.
