Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL of double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).
Target Information
TREM2 is a membrane protein that forms a receptor signaling complex with TYROBP.
It may be involved in chronic inflammation by triggering production of constitutive inflammatory cytokines.
Defects in this gene are associated with polycystic lipomembranous osteodysplasia with sclerosing leukoencephalopathy (PLOSL).
