Target Information
DAPK1은 감마-인터페론에 의해 유도되는 프로그램된 세포사멸에 관여하는 대형 칼모듈린 의존성 키나아제로, 잠재적인 종양 억제 인자로 알려져 있습니다. 다양한 세포 신호 경로에서 세포 생존, 세포사멸, 자가포식 조절에 참여하며, 상황에 따라 caspase 의존적(type I) 또는 caspase 비의존적(type II) 세포사멸을 조절합니다. 또한 PIN1, TPM1, STX1A, PRKD1, BECN1, TSC2, RPS6, MYL9, DAPK3 등을 인산화하여 세포 기능을 조절합니다.
