The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Applications reported include immunohistochemical staining and immunocytochemistry.
Use the isotype control at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Not validated for flow cytometric analysis.
Filter Recommendation:
For eFluor® 615 conjugates, use filters suitable for 615 nm emission (e.g., Excitation 560/55, 585LP, Emission 645/75).
Standard Alexa Fluor® 594 filters are acceptable.
