Target Information

RIPK3는 serine/threonine protein kinase 계열인 receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family의 구성원으로, 다른 RIP 단백질과 구별되는 고유한 C-말단 도메인을 포함합니다. RIPK3는 주로 세포질에 존재하며, 미토콘드리아에 공동 위치하며 핵 내·외 수송 신호에 따라 이동할 수 있습니다. TNF receptor-I 신호 복합체의 구성 요소로서, apoptosis를 유도하고 NF-kappaB 전사인자를 약하게 활성화할 수 있습니다. 또한 caspase-8은 CFLAR과의 복합체를 통해 RIPK3 의존적 괴사를 억제하며, 이 복합체는 보호 기능에 필수적입니다.
