Target Information
EB3는 EB1의 282 아미노산 상동체로, APC(adenomatous polyposis coli) 단백질에 결합하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
시험관 내에서는 튜불린과, 생체 내에서는 미세소관과 결합합니다.
Northern blotting 결과, EB3는 주로 뇌에서, 일부는 근육에서 발현됩니다.
또한 EB3는 종양 억제 단백질 APC의 상동체인 APCL과 상호작용하며, 이 상호작용은 미세소관의 안정화 또는 연장에 관여할 수 있습니다.
