Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Regulatory subunit of serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4.
May regulate the activity of PPP4C at centrosomal microtubule organizing centers.
The PPP4C-PPP4R2-PPP4R3A PP4 complex specifically dephosphorylates H2AFX phosphorylated on Ser-140 (gamma-H2AFX), which is generated during DNA replication and required for DNA double-strand break repair.
