Target Information
Cellular retinoic acid binding protein (CRABP)은 알려지지 않은 기능을 가진 저분자 단백질이며, CRABP1과 CRABP2 두 가지 isoform으로 존재합니다. 인간 CRABP1 및 CRABP2의 아미노산 서열은 각각 마우스 CRABP1 및 CRABP2와 99.3%, 93.5%의 상동성을 보입니다. CRABP2 isoform은 인간 피부의 성장과 분화에 관여하는 레티노산 매개 조절에 중요합니다. CRABP2 유전자는 인간 염색체 1q21.3에 위치하며, 새로운 조절 단백질에 의해 전사적으로 조절됩니다. 이 단백질은 인간 성인 간에서 발현됩니다.
