Also known as KIAA0341, N4BP3 is a member of the Fezzin family and plays a critical role in axonal and dendritic branching during neuronal development. It binds to NEDD4 and interacts with 14-3-3 proteins. N4BP3 is localized in early neurites, growth cones, axons, and dendrites of developing primary hippocampal neurons.
