N4BP3, also known as KIAA0341, is a Fezzin family member involved in nerve cell development. It plays a crucial role in axonal and dendritic branching in developing neurons. N4BP3 binds the protein NEDD4 and interacts with 14-3-3 proteins. It is present in early neurites, growth cones, axons, and dendrites of developing primary hippocampal neurons.
