Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
PDE2A (phosphodiesterase 2A) is a 100 kDa cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with three isoforms (PDE2A1, PDE2A2, PDE2A3) generated by alternative splicing. It degrades both cAMP and cGMP, with higher efficacy for cGMP. PDE2A is expressed in various tissues, predominantly in the brain—localized in the cerebellum and neocortex. It is implicated in erectile dysfunction and regulation of endothelial fluid and inflammatory cell transport.
