This antibody detects endogenous levels of total TFDP1.
Target Information
The DP family includes at least two members, DP1 and DP2. Both are structurally conserved but exhibit tissue-specific expression. E2F1, a functional target for tumor suppressor Rb, heterodimerizes with DP1 to form an active E2F transcriptional complex. The interaction between E2F and DP families involves a leucine repeat that is weakly conserved between them.
