For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is a key cellular mechanism for degrading abnormal or short-lived proteins.
Ubiquitination involves three enzyme classes:

• E1: Ubiquitin-activating enzymes
• E2: Ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes
• E3: Ubiquitin-protein ligases

UBE2D2 encodes an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme involved in ubiquitination of the tumor-suppressor protein p53, induced by an E3 ligase.
Two alternatively spliced transcript variants produce distinct isoforms.
